My Mission for Diagnosis-Driven Hygiene

My mission as a dental hygiene consultant is to help dentists and their teams establish a total health philosophy in their hygiene departments that has the ability to treat acute and chronic gingivitis, early to moderate periodontal disease, and many aspects of advanced periodontal disease within their everyday practices.
In order for this transformation to occur, I help by working with each team member in developing a personal commitment to a team approach in delivering periodontal care that truly depicts today’s understanding and knowledge of the disease process. Through a learning process that encompasses:

- Teamwork
- Leadership
| teams learn to treat disease instead of just “clean” teeth, thereby significantly increasing their potential for greater success and profitability.
My program incorporates the fundamentals of effective probing and charting at every visit so that we as professional caretakers can determine each patient’s condition every time we serve them. I help you implement these new guidelines for more effective case presentation and treatment acceptance, while teaching you how to recuperate lost revenues due to inaccurate treatment fee policies.
Throughout our consulting relationship, I invite open and honest communication from you and your team. I provide professional and effective coaching to ensure that your transition goes as smoothly as possible. I believe in progress at every level, not perfection!
